Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, so please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals, but after that your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled and a late fee may apply.
